Hi! It's me Caliopie. Today I got to have a date with Vince Perry. This is one guy that I've been waiting to get alone. Vince is a really nice guy with a great sense of humor, he's a great talker and he's always had me and the other guys cracking up on the group dates. I could really see myself with someone like this. It makes me think of what my dad must have been like in college. Everybody seems to know him.

When Vince called me up to make the arrangements for our date he was really funny. He didn't ask me what I wanted to do, which I appreciated, I hate when guys don't have a plan. He just said "Hey, can you be ready at 5? I wanna come over and try out that bubble blower thing in your front yard, and then we'll leave on our date. Listen. You're gonna need to bring Sunscreen, Pickles and Thumbtacks, ok?" "On our date??" "Yeah! Be ready! See you at 5" When I hung up, I laughed, ANYTHING was possible with Vince Perry.
He arrived precisely at 5, excited as a little kid about the bubble blower. He figured out how to suck in the bubble fumes and make his voice squeak and I thought I was going to be with Mickey Mouse the whole night. But before I could get bored, Vince was on his feet. " 'Cmon - we're not going far, we can walk."

We walked to the park down the street from HOHOHO. I don’t know what I was expecting, but thinking I would have something as simple as dinner and a movie with Vince Perry was a mistake. He took my hands and said "Caliopie, I am going to give you the most romantic night of your life" "Alright," I said "but no poems, please!" And we both had a good laugh. " 'Cmon, I have something for us." And he led me to the corner of the park. There was a cooler of food on the picnic table. "I'm gonna cook you the best burger you ever tasted" he said, and he proceded to set up the food.

"Now, to light the fire!" Vince said, and he dug around in his pockets like he was looking for matches until I came over to help him look, and quick as a flash he grabbed me and kissed me. I took me so much by surprise I lost my balance. "There, now the fire's lit! " and he winked, walked over to the grill, pushed a button and the fire started (it was auto light... how did I fall for that?)

The burgers were by far the best I'd ever tasted. He had added "magic ingredients" as he called them and insisted we eat them plain. At first I didn't think I could eat it that way, but Vince delivered what he promised. The burger melted in my mouth and it was juicy and full of flavor. I ate two of them, which I don’t normally do, but they were so good. "You should be in chef school" I told him. He pretended to be hurt, "Why? So I can learn how to cook?" We laughed. He obviously already knew how to cook.
After we ate he offered to push me on the swings but after eating two burgers, I didn't know if I would survive that much motion. I was so full!
Vince cleaned up the food and wrapped his arms around me. "Do you see that window up there?" he said? "My aunt runs this shop, and she rents me that little apartment upstairs. Do you want to come up?"

The apartment was a lot nicer than I expected, even though it was small. It had obviously been decorated by and still belonged to his Aunt. Vince lit a fire in the fireplace and put his arm around me, although that still didn't feel close enough. He pushed my hair from my face and said "So this whole show, it's been pretty crazy huh?" "Yeah," I said "I've met some interesting guys, nothing like I expected. I couldn't believe that stunt you guys pulled at the library" Vince laughed "yeah, that was fun. We weren't going to let you see one of us naked and not the others. We had to make it fair" "Is that what it was about?" "Yeah, and it was freakin awesome to do. You should have joined us" Very funny. "Can I ask you a question?" I said. "Anything" "Ok, what were the sunscreen and pickles and thumbtacks for?" "Did you bring them?" he asked? "No" I admitted. "I was just messin' with you." he said, and we both laughed.

"Do you know what I love?" he said? "I love to hear your laugh. I never get tired of it." and he pulled me close, onto his lap because we couldn't get our bodies close enough, and he pulled me tight and it felt good. I tipped my head back and kissed him. "Is that really your hobby?" he said "Yes" I giggled. "Mine too" he said, and kissed me back.

Vince definitely knew his way... around a couch.

Can you show that on TV?
Oh gosh, are my parents watching?

So that was my date with Vince Perry. He was so much fun to be with, and he's a good kisser. Which of course is important. But I had a really good time with Vince and I hope we get to spend more time together. He's definitely full of surprises!
